These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of My Cocktail Bar's website and mobile application.

By accessing this website or mobile application we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use My Cocktail Bar if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

In these terms: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing the My Cocktail Bar website or mobile application and accepting these terms. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to My Cocktail Bar. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

License

Unless otherwise stated, My Cocktail Bar and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in the service. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://mybar.app or the My Cocktail Bar mobile app for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  1. Republish material from https://mybar.app or the My Cocktail Bar app;
  2. Sell, rent or sub-license material from https://mybar.app or the My Cocktail Bar app;
  3. Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from https://mybar.app or the My Cocktail Bar app; or
  4. Redistribute content from My Cocktail Bar, unless the content is specifically made for redistribution.

Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

My Cocktail Bar offers an optional paid subscription, “Pro”, which unlocks premium features of the app — such as expanded Smart Import, with more Pro features coming soon. The available plans, prices, any free-trial or introductory offer, and what each plan includes are described on our Pricing page and shown at checkout, in your local currency where available and subject to any applicable taxes.

Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the price shown at the time of purchase, unless you cancel before the renewal date (or before the end of any free trial). You can cancel at any time and will keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Where you manage or cancel your subscription depends on where you purchased it:

  1. Web (mybar.app): processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Manage or cancel using the link in your purchase-confirmation email, or by contacting us.
  2. iOS: managed by Apple through your App Store account subscription settings.
  3. Android: managed by Google through your Google Play subscriptions.

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Cocktail Content and Responsible Enjoyment

My Cocktail Bar provides cocktail and mocktail recipes and related information for personal, reference purposes only. We do not sell or supply alcohol or any physical goods. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, and for consuming alcohol responsibly. The app is intended for users who are of legal drinking age.

Accuracy of Information

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website or mobile application is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website or mobile application remains available or that the material is kept up to date.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website or mobile application and the use of this website or mobile application (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  1. limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
  2. limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  3. limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  4. exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

To the extent that the website or mobile application and the information and services are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
